We Run Our Own Monitoring Platform
Not a rebadged third-party app. MagHomes Monitor watches every system we install and raises faults automatically — usually before you know there is a problem. Many get resolved remotely the same day. Almost no installer our size can say this.
MCS Certified Installation
Your system is installed and certified by an MCS-certified installer, and that certificate is what gives you the right to be paid for the power you export under the Smart Export Guarantee — no MCS, no export payments. We coordinate the certification and the DNO notification, and hand you the paperwork.
Honest Numbers, Not Sales Numbers
Our calculator uses the real Ofgem cap and real Scottish yield data. If solar is a poor fit for your roof, we'll tell you at survey stage rather than sell you a system that disappoints.
Modular Batteries — Start Small, Grow
Every battery we fit is modular. Start at 7.68 kWh and add capacity later without redesigning the system or replacing the inverter. Your system grows with your usage, not against it.

Scotland gets roughly 800 kWh per kWp against 950 in the south of England. We specify panels that perform in overcast conditions and size systems around that reality — not a Surrey spreadsheet.

Most Scottish homes are solid-wall and poorly insulated. Fit a heat pump to a leaky house and you need a bigger, more expensive unit that costs more to run — forever. We survey the whole property and tell you the sequence that costs you least over ten years, even when that means selling you less right now.
